By accessing or using the AssetSnip web application and Chrome extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. AssetSnip is a product developed and maintained by Studio1 (STUDI01HQ PRIVATE LIMITED).

2. Description of Service

AssetSnip provides tools to extract, generate, organize, and manage design assets (such as images, SVGs, colors, and fonts) from websites. You agree to use these tools lawfully and strictly for your own productivity and design workflows.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. AssetSnip uses external database services and Google OAuth for authentication. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.

4. Third-Party Integrations and AI Services

Our platform integrates with external cloud inference providers to deliver AI features (e.g., generating SVGs) and uses third-party services for media processing and storage. By utilizing these features, you agree that your prompts and content may be processed by these external APIs.

5. Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use

You may not use AssetSnip to extract copyrighted material without proper authorization, generate unlawful content, abuse automated systems, or attempt to bypass our rate limits and security controls. You retain ownership of your legally obtained content, granting us a limited license to host and process it to provide the service.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Usage Limits

Paid plans renew automatically according to the billing terms presented at checkout via our payment provider. Fees are generally non-refundable. Your usage of AI generations, asset storage, and API requests is subject to rate limits based on your active subscription tier.

7. Modifications and Availability

We continuously improve AssetSnip and may update, suspend, or discontinue certain features at any time. The service is provided on an "as-available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted uptime.
